On February 28, Harlem and Paris had rendezvous at Sofitel New York in Midtown Manhattan for an unforgettable evening celebrating a union that predates even the Harlem Renaissance of the 1920s. Chefs Marcus Samuelsson of Red Rooster and Robert Hohmann of Gaby Brasserie Française have fused their visions and talents for this one-of-a-kind event.

Live entertainment were performed by Rakiem Walker Project and Lorenzo Laroc!
